Work alongside me
The Ministry of Work is a private work club in a converted 19th-century chapel in Swinton, Greater Manchester – built for ambitious founders and business leaders who want a distraction-free place to work and a room full of people worth knowing.
I’m based there most days, a few desks away. So membership doesn’t just get you a desk – it gets you me: a sounding board, brutally honest advice, and the network I’ve built along the way.

02 · Private membership
Sit with me & others who’ve done it
Rare Company is a private membership for established British business owners – typically turning over £1m+, or founders with a £3m+ exit behind them.
Members sit in small local Circles of 8–10 owners who meet every month, chaired by founders who’ve built and sold companies. Nobody is admitted to sell to the room, and fewer than 3% of applicants get in.
