How hard could that be? Turns out, pretty hard.

A man on a mission to create the very best babygrow he could for his daughter.

He knew, immediately, he needed help. A lot of help.

Enter, Joe – a friend and seasoned D2C pro, who Eddie knew could help take this crazy idea from exactly that… to what it is today.

In the throes of lockdown, Eddie and Joe sketched out what they thought the perfect babygrow should look like. Fast forward, and it’s been one hell of a ride.

They’ve sold over 50,000 baby sleepsuits since they first sat in Eddie’s backyard hashing out the details.

With some amazing highs (over 1,000 5* reviews, a mention in Vogue and a lot of happy babies (and parents)). And, of course – some tough lows too (an earthquake affecting their supply chain, cash flow issues, realising that as two working class-lads, their angel investor network was… non-existent).

Eddie’s experience in D2C marketing has been an interesting one: full of learnings and some great moments to cherish.
